I have been looking for an apartment for a while. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, it was important to find a place that worked well. Jayde was pretty quick to put options in front of me, within a month I was moved into my new apartment in CWB and she managed to negotiate significantly on the price.

She listened to exactly what I wanted. She did not attempt to push me past my budget or show me properties which she knew would be of no interest. She is very personable and easy to work with.

She has been extremely helpful in all aspect in our house hunting process. Friendly yet incredibly professional. We had the most amazing experience from day one to the day of handing over the keys.
